Account Deletion

You can delete your Ancient Online account and all of its game data at any time from inside the game. The website has no sign-in and no deletion form — for your security, deletion is only done in the game client.

How to delete your account

In game

Step 1: Launch Ancient Online and sign in to your account.
Step 2: Open the character selection screen, or press ESC in game to open the menu.
Step 3: Choose Account → Account Deletion and confirm your request.

What happens next

14-day waiting period: Your request waits for 14 days. During this time you can cancel it from the same screen and nothing is lost.
Permanent deletion: When the 14 days are over, your characters and account data are permanently deleted.
What is kept: Only the audit records we are legally required to keep are retained, and only for the period required by law.
